Description:
4tPadCalculator is designed to use
advantages of the larger touchscreen.
It provides an edit field where the user taps the 'formula' (according
to the usual algebraic notation) first and gets the result via
the
[=] -button.
The formula is cached in the "history" and the result may be transfered
directly in the editfield or the y-memory for further calculations
The user interface is divided in four parts:
'History'
Edit field
Display line
Buttons
Functions of several buttons:
[%-Operation] access to % shortcuts
[Conversions] access to shortcuts for some conversions
[Round:..] sets the
digits dispayed after the point .
[dip] (DisplayInput) inserts 'dip' for the number from the
display line
in the editfield, a doulbletap of 'dip' gets the number directly
[Mcl] sets the value of the y-memory to 0
[M'in] puts the number from the display line in the y-memory
[MR] recalls the value of the y-memory in the editfield-formula
[sqr()] squareroot of number in brackets
[↑] moves one step back in the editfield-history
[↓] moves one step forward in the history
[del] delets the character in front of the cursor
[AC] delets the editfield
[<<] [>>] moves the cursor one step to the left / right
[I<<] [>>I] moves the cursor to the left / right end of the
edit field
[>I<] moves the cursor to the middle of the editfield
[=] puts the result of the editfielt into the display line
Useful hints:
the background of using the 'dip' and the y-memory (in combination with
the 'auto-AC' off preference' was to implement
a basic
"programming" feature and make recursive calculations possible.
e.g. to see the growing of a yearly saving of 500$ at the and of each
year with 4% interest you can tap :
"500 = M'in AC y*1,04+500 =" and get the closing capital for the 2.
year. now just repeat "M'in =" and you'll get the following year.
If you only want to know how an amount of e.g. 200$ is growing with 3%
interest you may use 'dip' and save some taps:
"200 = AC dip*1,03 =" and with each "=" you'll get the next year's
result.

4tPadCalculator soll eine Taschenrechner-Variante sein, die die

Diese App arbeitet mit einem Eingabefeld "editfield" in der zunächst
die
Zahlen und Zeichen den Rechenregeln entsprechend eingegeben werden.
Nach dem Drücken der
[=] -Taste wird dann das editfield in die "history" übernommen und das
Ergebnis im Display-Feld dargestellt.
Dies kann dann in den y-Speicher und/oder in das editfield übernommen
werden.

Tastenbelegung:

[dip] (bei anderen TR: [ans]) schreibt 'dip' als Platzhalter für
die
Zahl im Display ins editfield, ein 'doubletap' schreibt die Zahl direkt
ins editfield
[Mcl] setzt die Zahl im y-memory auf 0
[M'in] speichert die Zahl aus der Display-Zeile im y-memory
[MR] das im editfield angezeigte y steht für die Zahl im Speicher
[sqr()] liefert die Wurzel zur folgenden Zahl
[↑] einen Schritt zurück in der 'history'
[↓] einen Schritt 'vorwärts' in der 'history'
[del] löscht das zeichen links vom Cursor
[AC] löscht das ganze editfield
[<<] verschiebt den cursor ein Zeichen nach links
[>>] ein Zeichen nach rechts
[=] stellt das Ergebnis des editfields in der Display-Zeile dar
